SNS Exclusive Salon Policies

1. Appointment Policy Booking: Appointments must be booked in advance either through our website, phone, or in person. Confirmation: All appointments will be confirmed via email or text message 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late Arrival: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment rescheduled or reduced in service time, depending on availability. 2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-Show: No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Future appointments will require a deposit. 3. Payment Policy Deposits: A deposit may be required for appointments, particularly for high-value services or new clients. Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment services. Personal checks are not accepted. Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services or products, but will address any concerns within 72 hours of the service. 4. Service Policy Consultation: A consultation is required for certain services to ensure appropriate treatment and outcomes. Satisfaction Guarantee: If a client is dissatisfied with a service, they must notify us within 72 hours. We will offer to correct the issue at no additional charge. 5. Health and Safety Policy Client Health: Clients must disclose any health conditions or allergies that might affect their service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with a contagious condition. Sanitation: We adhere to strict sanitation protocols. If a client is observed engaging in unsanitary practices, their appointment will be terminated immediately. 6. Behavior Policy Respect: We expect clients to treat our staff and other clients with respect. Inappropriate or abusive behavior will result in immediate termination of service and a permanent ban from the salon. Cell Phones: To maintain a relaxing environment, we request that cell phones be kept on silent. 7. Personal Belongings Responsibility: We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Clients are advised to keep their belongings with them at all times. 8. Privacy Policy Personal Information: All personal information provided by clients is confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing services and contacting clients about appointments and promotions.
